Welcome Back, Classes of 2027 and 2029!

I am excited to continue this journey with the Class of 2027 as you begin your senior year at Hackensack High School, and with the Class of 2029 as you continue your high school experience as sophomores. This school year promises to be filled with opportunities for growth, achievement, and success as you prepare for the next steps in your educational and career journeys.

We will continue to communicate with you and your families throughout the school year. Please check your school email consistently for important updates and information.

For our seniors, please review the senior packet using the link below. School counselors will work with students at the beginning of the school year to review graduation requirements, college applications, career planning, and other postsecondary opportunities. Scholarship deadlines will begin in January and February, and scholarship opportunities can be found at Hackensack High School Scholarships.

For our sophomores, this is an important year to continue building strong academic habits, exploring interests and career pathways, and becoming actively involved in the Hackensack High School community. Your counselors and teachers are available to support you as you plan for the years ahead.

Senior year is rewarding and enjoyable, but it goes by quickly—graduation is less than ten months away. I will remain in communication with students and families through email and ParentSquare throughout the year. As always, I welcome you to contact me with any questions or concerns.
